Message from the Coach:
“Attitude, Investment, Accountability and Effort”…..those words encompass everything that I am about as a football coach, as well as the expectations that I will hold for my players. Building a true program requires a commitment far greater than anything that can be accomplished solely on the football field. The Redbirds football program will be serving as an extension of the Unified School District of De Pere. As the head football coach, I will be seeking to shape the student athletes into quality individuals that will be amply prepared for their future endeavors beyond high school. We will be stressing the importance of self-discipline, family, community service and leadership. Leadership need not only be vocal, but can be demonstrated in a variety of ways, including striving to always do what is right. Any on-field successes that we experience as a program will be directly correlated to our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our lives. I have no doubts that we will be able to accomplish all of our football goals as we continually seek to better ourselves as individuals and as teammates. It is my overall goal to create a program that all players, coaches, administrators, families, friends, and community members can be proud of.
Go Birds!
